To further enhance the professional capabilities of the Process Quality Control (IPQC) team and ensure the dimensional accuracy and quality stability of products throughout the entire production cycle, on the morning of September 30th, DOIT organized a total of over 20 IPQC specialists from the production department and the Quality department. Based on the DOIT "IPQC" operation instruction manual, a "Specialized Training on IPQC Measurement Skills" was carried out. Through a combination of theoretical explanations and practical exercises, the "first line of defense" for quality control was strengthened.

This training focuses on the core pain points and practical difficulties in the daily measurement work of IPQC, and is presented by Wu Wancai, the manager of the Quality Department. The training content is centered around three major modules: The first one is "Precise Use of Measuring Tools", which elaborately explains the calibration methods, operation norms and error avoidance techniques of commonly used measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers and height gauges. It focuses on correcting problems that were prone to occur in the past, such as "reading Angle deviation" and "improper control of measurement force". The second is the "Special Size Measurement Scheme", which demonstrates the usage process of customized measurement fixtures for the irregular structures of rubber sealing parts (such as the cross-sectional diameter of O-rings and the depth of sealing grooves), as well as how to reduce data fluctuations through multiple sampling measurements. The third is "Measurement Data Recording and Analysis", emphasizing the standardization and timeliness of data recording. It guides trainees to use basic Excel functions to quickly analyze measurement data and identify potential quality risks.

After the theoretical explanation, the training moved on to the practical operation assessment stage. The trainees were divided into groups to measure the dimensions of the rubber sealing rings, sealing gaskets and other samples produced through simulation. Manager Wu inspected the site throughout the process to provide guidance and corrected the operational misunderstandings of some trainees on the spot. Ultimately, all trainees passed the practical operation assessment, and the accuracy rate of the measurement data increased by 25% compared to before the training, achieving the expected training goals.

"Previously, when measuring irregular-shaped parts, I was always worried about inaccurate data. The method of 'tooling positioning + multiple measurements and averaging' mentioned in this training is particularly practical!" " Xiao Yang, an IPQC specialist who participated in the training, said that he would apply the learned skills to his daily work in the future to more accurately control the quality details in the production process.

Wu Wancai, the manager of the Quality Department, emphasized in the training summary: "IPQC is the 'process gatekeeper' of product quality. The accuracy of measurement data directly affects quality determination and the direction of production adjustment." In the future, the company will regularly carry out such specialized training, update the training content in light of new problems and demands in production, continuously enhance the professional capabilities of the team, and provide a solid guarantee for the stable quality of DOIT precision rubber products.
This training not only enhanced the practical measurement capabilities of the IPQC team, but also strengthened the "quality awareness of all staff", laying a solid foundation for the company to build a more efficient and precise process quality control system.
