Today, the Quality Management Department of DOIT Company organized a special training session on QC sampling standards. All members of the quality management team, key inspection personnel from the production workshop, and relevant position staff participated. This training centers on "scientific sampling and precise quality assessment", systematically explaining the standard logic and practical operation methods of sampling inspection, further consolidating the enterprise's quality control system, and providing a solid guarantee for the stability of product quality and customer satisfaction.
?
Sampling inspection, as the core link of quality control, is a key means to balance inspection efficiency and quality reliability - especially in the rubber products field that DOIT has been deeply engaged in, from
Automotive Lens Seals to medical-grade silicone components, the requirements for quality accuracy vary significantly in different scenarios. The scientific sampling level directly affects the accuracy and compliance of product quality determination. For this reason, this training also invited Lu Changlin, the R&D manager, to explain the quality system and design the course content in combination with international standards and enterprise practices.
?
At the beginning of the training, the person in charge of quality management started from the core value of sampling inspection and, through the cost and efficiency comparison of "full inspection vs. sampling", clarified the necessity of sampling inspection in large-scale production In scenarios where product inspection is destructive, the inspection cost is high, or the production batch is large, scientific sampling can effectively assess the quality of the entire batch of products at a reasonable cost, avoiding resource waste while reducing quality risks. Subsequently, the focus is on interpreting the core parameter AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) - as the quality dividing line recognized by both the supply and demand sides, the size of the AQL value directly reflects the severity of the quality requirements. For instance, medical products typically adopt a strict standard of AQL below 0.10. For general industrial products, the range of AQL 1.0-6.5 can be selected according to the demand.

The practical teaching session has become a highlight of the training. The lecturer, in combination with the product features of DOIT, demonstrated through real cases such as "Batch inspection of on-board EPDM seals" and "Random inspection of silicone components for micro pumps and valves" how to determine the sampling plan based on batch size (N), inspection level (IL), and AQL value in accordance with the GB/T 2828.1-2003 standard: For instance, when the batch size is 3,000 pieces and the AQL is 2.5, 125 samples need to be taken. If the number of non-conforming products is ≤7, the batch is considered qualified; if it is ≥8, the entire batch should be rejected. At the same time, for practical difficulties such as "sampling location selection", "non-conforming product determination rules", and "record filling norms", the understanding is strengthened through methods such as group simulation tests and error review, and problems such as "random sampling" and "subjective quality judgment" in previous operations are corrected.
?
The training also emphasized the dynamic adjustment logic of sampling inspection: based on the quality performance of consecutive batches, a conversion mechanism of normal, stricter or relaxed inspection can be initiated, which can not only strengthen control when quality fluctuates, but also optimize efficiency when quality is stable, achieving a balance between "precise control and cost optimization". In addition, in light of the foreign trade business attributes of DOIT, the key points for adapting the ISO 2859-1 international standard to the compliance requirements of different countries and regions have been particularly supplemented to ensure that the sampling inspection process complies with the quality audit standards of global customers.
?
"Before, I always thought that sampling was just 'randomly picking a few items to have a look', but now I understand that every step has a scientific basis." " The inspectors who participated in the training said that through case practice, they had mastered the AQL selection skills for different products and would be able to perform inspection tasks more accurately in the future. The head of the Quality Management Department pointed out: "The sampling level is the 'ruler' of quality control. Only by making every inspector become a 'precise ruler user' can product quality be controlled from the source." In the future, we will establish a practical assessment mechanism for sampling inspection, and transform the training outcomes into tangible quality control capabilities."

This QC sampling standard training is an important measure for DOIT to practice the concept of "quality as the foundation". By unifying standards and strengthening skills, the full-chain quality inspection system from raw material entry to finished product exit has been further improved, providing strong quality support for the enterprise to continuously deepen its focus on high-end niche markets such as vehicle-mounted, medical, and micro-pump valves.
?
As a professional design and manufacturing company specializing in precision rubber products with 15 years of industry experience, DOIT has established a benchmark in niche segments by leveraging its outstanding technical capabilities: The global market share of its automotive O-ring seals reaches 40%, while its
Micro Pump Seal (a core component for micro-pump-valve systems) leads the industry in both dimensional precision and service life - outperforming competitors in ensuring leak-free performance for miniature fluid control devices. Meanwhile, the company is equipped with a clean medical shop dedicated to producing high-performance
Medical Silicone Seal that meet stringent medical grade standards, and also offers complementary precision sealing solutions such as
Precision O-ring Seal and
Mini Valve Seal for medical devices. These products, when combined with critical components such as check valve, form a complete sealing system that further ensures the reliability and safety of medical devices.
