The mechanical arm assembly for automatic cutting and feeding: After the raw materials are processed by slicing and weighing, the gantry mechanical arm moves precisely along the guide rail, sending the raw materials into the mold cavity. The positioning error for feeding is controlled within 0.3mm. The actuator is equipped with the patent for automatic demolding of finished products: When the vulcanization molding is completed, the gantry assembly drives the mechanical arm assembly to extend forward, and the product is blown off by the wind and falls into the frame at the back, completing the non-contact demolding process. The entire process does not require manual approach to the mold cavity. The multi-station adaptability of rigid guide rails: The gantry structure of the model can be linked with two forming molds, and the mechanical arm can switch the working position as needed, solving the limitation of "single mold, single production" of traditional equipment.
On-site operation: Throughout the entire process from "material weight setting" to "finished product discharge", after inputting the material weight parameters on the touch screen of the model, the production process automatically starts. Raw material end: The equipment automatically completes the equal-width cutting of raw materials (with an error of ±0.2mm) and precise weighing. Qualified raw materials fall into the material picking area of the gantry mechanical arm. Feeding end: The gantry mechanical arm moves along the guide rail to the top of the mold cavity, precisely feeding the raw materials into the forming station, and simultaneously feeding back the "feeding completed" signal. At the discharge end: After vulcanization and molding, the pressure sensor triggers the demolding command. The stripping component carried on the gantry extends into the mold cavity. Within 30 seconds, the rubber ring is separated from the mold, and the finished product is transported to the discharge area by the gantry track. The entire process, from startup to finished product production, does not require manual material preparation. The production capacity of a single device in 8 hours reaches 4,800 pieces, which is four times that of a traditional manual line.

Multi-specification compatibility: By adjusting the position of the gantry guide rail, this set of equipment can be adapted to the production of rubber rings with diameters ranging from 80 to 300mm. Just switch parameters on the touch screen, and the gantry assembly will automatically match the corresponding working position of the mold without the need to replace the mechanical structure. At present, the equipment is operating stably in the DOIT production workshop: the 24-hour production capacity of a single piece of equipment reaches 11,000 pieces, the damage rate is stable below 1.8%, and the labor cost is reduced by 90% compared with the traditional line.
