At the beginning of the conference, Wu Wancai, the quality manager, took the stage to deliver a speech. Adhere to the quality defense line and become a team benchmark. In an era where quality reigns supreme, there are always some people who safeguard the lifeline of products with rigor and meticulousness.
The two "July Quality Model Workers" honored this time - Yang Jinmei, a pump and valve bar picker, and He Chunhua, an O-type bar picker, have become role models for all staff to learn from with their extremely low rework rate (only 9%), extremely high working hours (reaching 408.46 hours and 806.28 hours respectively), and zero-error performance of "no customer complaints, no multiple reworks, and no mixed materials".

Zhong Leixin: A picker and dismantling worker, Zhong Leixin leads the team with an optimistic attitude
Chen Chunmei:Chen Chunmei, a picker and packager, worked overtime all night without complaint to meet the deadline
Wei Le: Wei Le, the material preparation staff member, took the initiative to replenish materials during his rest time and received unanimous praise from all departments
Zheng Rufei: O-shaped bar forming operator Zheng Rufei is proficient in operating automatic feeding machines and consistently ranks first in efficiency
Xiao Cha: Medical bus picker. As a veteran employee, Xiao Cha has joined the company for the second time. Not only is he highly efficient himself, but he has also provided support to other teams on multiple occasions
Tang Guang: An IPQC appearance inspector in the Quality Control Department, Tang Guang has efficiently completed his work and also voluntarily shared the task of measuring dimensions
Yue Xingyu: OQC of the Quality Control Department. As a newcomer, Yue Xingyu quickly integrated into the team and cooperated actively
